nope, not enough taken out i dont think at this point, still have lumps of scar tissue though behind left nipp and above right nip, and to the side/bottom of left nipp.  i have a hard time believing that i have more shrinkage to go...although they say it can take up to a year, i highly doubt it

i'm also not happy,and i did not have high expectations all i wanted was a man chest not a chest that has 2 different size breast and 1 that has a crease in it as if someone cut me .No offence man but i was looking at your pre op pictures and i would be 100% happy if my post op results would look like that.I know everyone has different expectations but you might wanna look at your pre op pictures it might put things into prospective ,gees can't believe i'm giving advice.I wonder if we should ask for a tax receipt for our generous donation(LOL)

I dont know what to say about my post ops...im really pissed right now, and i actually think its looking WORSE day by day.  ive looked at my pre op pics like you were saying, and i can honestly say its only mildly better now.  thats not worth 5G.  i said to him 'i want it all out, i want it tight', and he said he would.  theres no way in hell this is gonna tighten up like it should.  no, i wasnt expecting a perfect chest either, but i find my results on a scale of 1 to 10 a 3 right now.  its back to when 'it looks ok when the nips are cold', but thats about it.  your crease and one larger is f'd up too.  i have an overhang of skin above my left nip too - is it extra skin? or is it a indent crease?  i still have to make an app't for 3 months from now...but i cant even be bothered calling right now, im so f'ing pissed off about it, the whole thing.  i hope i can totally say months from now that lista did a great job, and recommend him etc, because he is a really nice guy and a professional, but its hard to feel thats coming when you've paid 5G and you look in the mirror and you're not even remotely happy after 2 months of post op shxt.  post op blows the co-ck

i hardly rubbed this a.m., i was busy, and it always looks (if thats possible) better when it hasn't been massaged, so i go all day today, then just now i go to rub it for five minutes, and my chest absolutely looks worse than it ever has.  my left nip actually looks like a cone looking down on it, and i have never seen it this bad.  what a god damn waste of money.

revision is seriously being thought about now, but when the hell am i gonna get time to go through this entire b.s. again?  nothing ever goes right, i swear to god

hEY MAN,I here you loud and clear the only thing we have right now is a little hope that time will heal us and give us satisfatory results,the waiting game sucks.Truthfully i don't see mine getting any better ,i actually think the results are getting worse each day.I see the dr in a couple weeks at his new office location til now i've been a sucker just accepting everything he says,my next visit i want the truth not any false hope.

hey, please mention revision surgery, and what the costs are, and when does he generally perform them (ie, how long after the initial surgery will he do one)...like you said, last visit he said 'i think it looks pretty good, what do you think?', and i said 'i think it looks better, im just worried about this and that', and he said basically its still swelling, etc.  i've got 3 months till i see him again, and im sure ill be right aggravated by then...unless by some miracle my ti-ts magically go away again.  i still remember looking for the first time the day after the surgery, and it looked really good and F L A T.  i cant understand the completely opposite look i have now.  what a joke

Hey Peter,

If they were really flat right after surgery, I am sure things will go back to the way they were right after surgery as swelling goes down...assuming you dont massively change your weight for the worse.  As for me, after I took off the bandages, the breasts werent flat (but better)...so i wish I could say things were perfectly flat right from the start.

and you can see they werent perfectly flat when the bandages were removed (one week after surgery - i went with fielding)....so I am hoping there is some swelling in there.

Best of luck with things.  Maybe it would be better to thing about the problem over long-intervals like once a month if you can...might take some stress out of your life.  I hope everything works out.

THX for the reply, and i know what youre saying...its just so hard when you put all that money down, go under the knife against your familys advice based on lack of knowledge about it....then do this massaging everyday ad nauseum, do followups, and then look in the mirror 2 months later and it sucks ass.  i know i should just hold off like u said maybe a month then assess, but its in my mind, like everyones constantly.  thanks bud, and ur post op pics look good.  i didnt take any the day after...i wish i had

Pete ,on my 1st pre-op conultation i asked the DR about revision surgery and he said it would cost about $1800 and that he likes to wait a full year to see final result before he cuts you open again.I believe he said about 10% of his clients op to get a revision ,after you and me as of now i'ld say he's batting 1000% only time will tell.I do have some hope that things will get better and then again i also have some hope that i'll win the lottery.

hey braveboy, thx.  i have stopped using my 'thumper' massager...im not sure, but it was around that time that my chest took a dump and began to look worse daily.  im not sure if that was it, but ive stopped.  ive reduced my massaging time even more, to only a few minutes three times a day.  my hard lumps have moved away from the lower portion, to:  on left side, behind and to the side of nip.  on the right side, its still above like straws or tubes of hard tissue.  i cant even imagine saying to my wife a revision will be another 2G.  this better f'ing fix itself.  i still put the arnica on, but its not like i feel any different for having put it on.  did lista say how to massage in terms of lying down to do it, or standing up, or however?

Guys I'm really sorry to see your unhappy posts.  Lista said I'd be 90% happy.  I am probably 70% happy.  I think about it this way, I am wearing tight sweaters, T-shirts no longer self-conscious.  I can take off my shirt now, well not really, because I have two red incision spots, but I am not embarrassed of the results.  However, I feel there still is some breast there.

Pre-op I told him areas I wanted cleaned out and I feel there still is material there.  However, I keep reminding myself that he removed 1L of tissue!  I don't think he and the nurse lied about that - they wrote that in my file.  That's 1L of mass that would still be there if there was no procedure.

I feel there is too much difference in price between Lista and Fielding.  If Lista was say $3000, Id say it would be fair.

Pete I agree with Dave, the results will hopefully look like they did early on.  My results look better now that swelling is not coming back strong.  A bit soreness still around nipple area.

I massage maybe every third day, as I am too busy/lazy to take a break to massage properly.  When I do, I massage for 15 min once.  I haven't massaged 3x a day for well over a month.  I hope this doesn't affect the long term results (can someone ask Lista this if they are meeting soon? thanks).

marx, you're about 11 or 12 weeks right?  is your 70% because of the scars?  is your chest 90%? 

i wonder why you dont need another post op appt until you are 8 months post op, while lista told me to come back in 3 months....

u have any pics yet to post?  because im not happy with mine yet, ive decided not to take any yet...

Hi Marx,you say lista took out 1L of tissue out, he also said he took 500cc from each side from me as well,i believe that is equal to 1L but keep in mind that he also injects a ton of liquid into you as well which is included in how much came out,i don't know how much he puts in so really how much actually came out which was fat and tissue??

Pete that's about right, I don't know why different people have different post-op appointments.  Haven't taken any post-op pics yet.  Maybe some day.

Barveboy I didn't know about liquid injection, I thought the 1000cc's (1L) were fat and tissue taken out because as Lista said, it's like removing a milk bag.

I haven't massaged for a week now, my chest, mostly nipples are sore to the touch.  When I get to massage with Arnica gel, I feel improvement right away and for next few days.   This tells me the swelling is really dying down.
