Need help getting compression vest

Ok guys can anyone one tell me where i can get a medical compression vest in the uk that offers next day delivery?

I have a found a site where i can buy the vest but it will take about 10 days to get here.

I can get the nike one but have heard its not on the same level as a medical one.

I just have very tight bandagers on at the mo from the clinic and need a vest asap!

Perhaps you could buy one from another ps in your town.  It might be kinda expensive doing it that way, but at least you'll have one.

I dont think there actually is any in my area

well the site i have ordered from says in ten days but fIngers crossed it will be sooner.
