My first surgery was 2 years ago, and the PS only did lipo (only 50ml each). 28th of July I had my second surgery, 150 ml lipo on each side and excision of gland. My PS left 0,5 cm under my nipple to avoid a donut-deformation.

I was really disappointed when I first took a look at the results. My right side was OK, but my left side had way too much mass although the nipples had flattened a bit.

Here I am, 9 days later, and the results hasn't gotten better. When I touch my left side I can definately feel hard tissue (lots of it, felt it since day 1), but I guess it could be something else than gland.

I really don't want to go under the knife for a third time.

if you got excision they will stick out after surgery for 4-6 weeks because basically theres a void there and your body fills it with fluid (yummy). What your feeling may be the gland they left, but it'll flatten out. When you go in for a post op checkup you can get the fluids drained.
