your results loook great! I'm just wondering what you did post op for it to look so great 11 days after. What kind of vest did you wear, did you massage your pecs, and sort of running etc?

Looking good man! had me worried there for a minute when I saw your first photos. Just goes to show that the swelling can be decieving and how important it is not to pass judgement right away. I think your doc did a great job. Who was your surgeon?

chest is really coming along ,i notice the left side a little larger than right, is that dr error or just swallon more.regardless looks good.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for the comments! The Doctor who did the surgery was Dr. Sherwood Baxt of Paramus, NJ.

The first couple days I kinda took it easy (as much as I could without driving up a wall!) By the third day I was massaging the area a few times a day (and still am everyday). I also FINALLY quit smoking about 2 month prior to surgery and am a pretty good healer.

My left is still slightly bigger as it was before surgery. I called the doctors office yesterday & let them know my concerns about maybe not taking enough "gland" out. They assured me it was too early to tell & it was probably scar & swelling more on that side due to more tissue / gland that had to come out.

I finally received my pre-op pics from the doctor. So far, I'm pretty happy with the results!

I plan on going on a "cutting" diet after Thanksgiving so I'm nice & lean for spring. I'm pretty confident along with the dieting....the results will be even better!

Let me know what you guys think after seeing the before pics as well as the post pics. I'll post some more in a month or so.

Hey,

There is definitely a difference from the pre vs post pics. My gyne is similar to yours. Were you expecting your chest to be flatter? btw, I schedule a consult with Baxt next wednesday.
