Drains after surgery

Hi. I've performed the gynecomastia surgery (excision only) yesterday. My surgeon placed drains in both breasts. However I see that my right breast drains not too much (at about 4 mL) comparing to my left breast that have already drained at about 55 ML.
I'd like to know if this is normal and if this loss of blood is not significative?

sounds pretty normal. since its unlikely that the 2 sides got the same amount of damage.
