Finally some scar tissue has softened

ya i know its scar tissue this time bc i looked perfect with no hard tissue for the first week or so post op. After my first surgery ( lipo only) i had hard tissue immediatly after surgery (it was gland)

Unlike you, I can feel scar tissue though. But the skin hasnt tightened yet either.

Is it just hard chunks/lumps right beaneath the aerola or is it under the areas of the chest surrounding the nipple/aerola too.

Mine is in the form of a hard lump under each nipple (giving the same effect as the gyne did almost, but obiously this isnt gyne but s.t) , but now also other parts of my chest and also extending towards my arm pits seem to be "larger" and more protrusive than they were those first few weeks after the op. they also seem harder underneath too.
you reckon Its likely to be scar tissue everywhere ??

The hard lumps are directly under the areolas. I have no other hard scar tissue besides directly under my nipples. causing them to still be puffy.  :-/

i saw a surgeon who said this is what he offers, is this right.

update: 90 days post op- my right side scar tissue has flattened and i am comfortable with its size even if it doesnt get any better...
left side still is puffy  :-/   i hope it subsides soon

Yes, from what everyone is saying.  My nipples are still a little puffy and still have a little hard tissue underneath the nipple, but I had my surgery a month ago.  I have been massaging everyday, feeling as though that did not help one bit.  However, my surgeon did reassure me by saying that if the scar tissue is still there by the time of the next follow-up, he would most likely give me those shots to reduce the scar tissue.

I was told, however, that they must leave some breast tissue underneath the nipple, so the nipple does not "cave" in.
