A Few Questions About Surgery

Hi all. Im 18 5'8 170 lbs. I decided to have surgery because im tired of the gyne holding me back. I hope i can have it some time in january. But i dont know how to get started. I never had a blood test so firstly should i see an endo and than make an appointment with a plastic surgen? Also i hope a can keep this a secret from most people.
