It has been over six months since my surgery and I still have Scar tissue that makes my chest lack shape and masculine contour. How long does it take to go away and will my chest adjust to its new shape?? HELP!!!!!!

im not sure how long after surgery it can stay. but it took about 6 mounth before my scaretissue dissapered. I used cocoabutter and massaged the tissue for about 10 min  a couple of days a week to break down the tissue and i belived it worked for me, u can try that.

What kinda shape does the scar tissue leave for u guys..... I am about 9 weeks post and both nipple have a little scar tissue remaining BUT..... both nipples are a bit puffy.. or more like pointy?? Do any of you guys have that look ???

I am also a weight lifter... dont know if that matter... I wonder if there is still swelling as well ?

  • Upon further review, I'm not as cool as I thought.
Will the scar tissue resolve itself, or is massage necessary to make it go away?

Will resolve itself....But massage helps the healing process faster.
