if its gyno, i doubt it will go away, if its fat. wud u be willing to live a continuous life stlye with exact amt of calories in chek? someday u will get fed up. the way to go in my opinion is to get a professional opinion..its quite possible u have more fat cells in the chest area... no harm in getting a free consult...

You should try.  I am convinced that you would look great if you lowered your body fat.  If you had puffy nipples it would be one thing, but if you truly stay dedicated to a GOOD diet and cardio, then you'll look great.

And desi, I count calories at 16 years old and have been for a year, and I most likely will until I am at least retired.  I guess it just comes down to how bad you want something.

actually, my chest looked  very similar to that before I got surgery. the doctor told me that although my chest looked normal and muscular, a large portion of it was excess breast tissue . He showed me by pincing my hips, my abs, my arm and then my chest to show exactly how much more he could pinch out of my chest. This extra "pinch"  was excess breast tissue, not fat, and not muscle.

Why do you say this? Does that mean its gyne if you have puffy nipples only after a hot bath/shower? Mine looks like his, and i do. Does that mean its gyne?
