Well last time I posted some pics I was told to loose some weight and see if it made a difference.  Well thats where I need your help.  I'll post some new photos and see if you think I have gyne.

I don't think you have severe gyne, but you do have a form of gyne, which is the puffy nipple part. I agree, you are in good shape, are you talking about how your areola are puffed? Post another picture so we can see the side profile with your arms down. This would give us a better idea. It only matters how you feel about it but people wouldn't give you a second look if that's your concern.

You had a good point about having my arms down.  So I took a new photo here to maybe give a better picture.   By the way what causes my Areola to be rather large then that of your average guy?

I would say you have a mild case. Try loosing some more weight!! Some people are just born with larger than normal areola. I am getting mine reduced next mth, the PS told me my chest will have a flatter contour. If your areola are big, they distort the chest contour.

I do think you have gyne. Puffy nipples, fat and/or gland. However, I disagree with gyneman : losong weight wouldn't help, you're rather slim so nothing would change and it would make you skinny instead. Surgery seems to be an option.

Gynefor, In my opinion,  morneaumadness chest is mostly fat rather than glandular. A buddy of mine once had to ripped down to like 5% bf to see his chest fat melt off. I guess you could get the surgery, but there is no gland in there. If you can get away with the surgery, it's better b/c you will not have scars or the high expense.

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
Don't look like you have anymore weight to loose. To me it doesn't even look like you have puffy areolas. Looks like your nip are just hard. Ask the PS about a procedure where they basically take medical scissors and cut the tip of your nipple and then sow you back up.
