The pics will be coming, however, the pre-op photos will be from March 20, 2005 and June 15, 2005, which are my pre Z-plasty photos and pre nipple reduction photos.  

I don't have a pre-op for my original surgery which was July 21, 2004.  I had em on my computer but it crashed a couple months ago and I lost them.  I do have some polariods taken of every month post op, but I don't have a scanner...but the possibility to get them on here exists.

I think the most important thing is that I have the pre and post op for both the z-plasty and nipple reductions, as this is what most of you seem to be interested in...the pre-op photos of the initial surgery were no different than any other mild-moderate case we've all seen on here.   It's the z-plasty and nipple reduction which will be most helpful anyway.

A little update, I still have my stiches in, they are being taken out this Thursday June 23, so in 1.5 days...things are still progressing well, and it looks like I will not require another op.  It is still a judgement call as I am swelled and the stitches are in, but it really looks like a quality job was done this time.

4.5 weeks post op - nipple reduction  (1 year post original op)


I should start off by saying that this weekend that just past, I went to the beach with my girlfriend and a bunch of our friends and I took my shirt off and went swimming.  It felt really good.  I was self conscious since it was the first time in about 2 years anyone has seen me shirtless expect a doctor.

My gyne is basically gone. I'd say 90% gone.  

I have some hard scar tissue still underneath the nipples from the nipple reduction, but when the nipples are hard it looks pretty much perfect.

The left nipple has healed perfectly.  I don't even think you can tell surgery was ever done on it.

The right nipple looks okay.  You can see a bit of scar, but it's minor.

I plan to get cortisone shots for the scar tissue after the summer is over.  After that, this will be 100% done.
