Well, I would kill for your chest before the operation... but you can definately see the improvements in the after pics.

thanks for the comments the befores are on page 1 then the afters follow throughout the thread everymonth. Page 9 has the most recent afters. The side pic is an after, it is sticking out a bit but in a good way as ive been blasting the pecs, its not gyne, gynes shaped like > and my chest is now more ) if you see what i mean.
