After reading your linked surgery post, I am quite interested to see how you've gone. I'm at the 4 month mark and satisfied with my results, but hoping for more improvement.

Congrats on the surgery by the way, looks great from the older pics I saw.

Definitely post new pics oddmuscles.  Has the concave nipple problem been sorted out?

Either way you look 1000 times better than pre surgery.  And just remember, if it doesn't sort itself out there are always doctors who can fix and revise.

Well, pre-surgery my nipples were huge and sagging about 6cm (3 inches??) below my pecs, and I had no fat in the area so I think the best possible outcome was achieved by removing all the gland.

I welcome other people's comments on the issue but I think having concave nipples are (and will be once I get back into some REAL form) are totally acceptable. And I have almost full feeling in them, which is great too. Unfortunately there is a bit of sagging skin but if you have a quick look at the "before" photos I think that after that is gone it's really going well.

Another thing is that my nipples are a bit strange, one sticks out while another is less prominent. But comparing that to the feeling of having 2 golf balls of gland and barely a nipple on either side, I am so pleased. I have been to the pool many times and of course I get some interested looks but I've always been a confident person, so we all just say "*** 'em, jealousy is a curse" and go off for a dip with the ladies.

Anyway here are the pics, I think about 1 year after surgery and 8 months of easing back into bodybuilding.

Is it just me or cant anyone of u guys see that the nipples look sunken.
I think the doc got rid of the entire gland for sure.
It may look ok with a shirt on..but w/o the shirt it looks wierd.
But atleast theres no trouble getting fat into it !!
So you better work on that.
Eat lotsa macs!!Get some fat into those ditches.

Unfortunately putting fat there is not an option, actually I'm cutting at the moment (talk for removing excess fat while keeping up my routine) and my diet is strictly no fat. Plus I like being trim

Very nice progress.  I can't help but think though that if they did even just a bit of lipo around the chest that your nipples wouldn't be so concave looking.  Ever considered a revision just for lipo?

Thanks Calg-puffed! Unfortunately there is no fat to take out, my bodyfat percentage is VERY low. The slightly sticking-out bits have improved as I work out more, but it's just skin from what I can feel. I'm incredibly happy, suffice to say.

To be honest here I don't think the PS did a good job. Too much gland or something taken out, having slightly concave nipples is realistic, but thats more than slight concavity i see very deep holes....
