I got an appointment on thursday what exactly goes on there, and i've read that insurance doesn't cover the surgery so i'm planning on saying it hurts me <although it doesn't>

I really want to lose these blasted things, if they dont wanna pay for it i dont know what i may do, but man i hope they do im goin to say it hurts like hell just putting a t-shirt on and that i once nearly commit suicide<these things are not try>

ok after i get result which im pretty sure are gonna be gyno positive, should i ask them for a referral to a surgeon cause i want to stay within my health first network so my insurance can cover
