Purse String Sutures/Donut surgery

HAs anyone has donut procedure on the nipple? I just got it done, and it looked great with stitches in, then they took them out and it went back to big puffy again. I heard about the purse string permanent sutures, that stay in...which i think i needed. Is getting it done a second time ok? I dont want to have really f'd up skin or anything, and i can already feel a big ball of scar behind my nipples from a previous surgery (and this one). But, I really want this shit resolved. I thought i was in the clear before the stitches came out, now im bummed again..

Any insight would help.
