First off, I am 5'6" and about 200lbs...so by no means am I healthy. However, my doctor tells me that it is just pseudo...which I have a hard time believing. So, what do you guys think?

Bro, first lose some weight to get a better idea. Just because your heavy in the chest area doesn't automatically mean you have gynecomastia.  ;D

it's not horrible ,  but its not a manly chest...ld give it a 6 because you have alot of weight to lose before you can be sure.. plus your still 16 so it is very possible it can go away

For about 3 or 4 years. Thanks for the weight loss suggestions guys. Im still struggling to find a diet/exercise program that works (cant resist the processed food...dammit), but that's a different issue I guess.

Continue your weight loss process and see what happens then. I can see a good amount of fat but also gland as jologs1 has already said. I give a 6. Keep us posted and feel free to ask some more questions !
