look at it this way crater wont stick out of the shirt a puffy nip will, i agree with what you said but i still think crater is the lesser of the two evils, however even if i do find the courage to talk to him about this he will pretty much do what he feels like, when i spoke to him on phone he seemed like a serious person, and i respect that, so does he offer any revisions? coz im a college student and if he screws me it would take me years to make the money for another surgery that would suck big time, i hope he makes me flat, im putting in a lot of money for this shit, he quoted 6200, how much did you pay? do you have any preferences about any hotels near his office? and is it ok to be there a day before the surgery, or does he do any blood work? did he ask for any endocrinology work from you?

If you only care about how itll look in a shirt and not with your shirt off then why dont you just cross the boarder over to tijuana and pay some dude with a fake Dr license 100 bucks to do it? I mean it may  look all distored with your shirt off but hell it'll prob look mighty flat in a shirt!

As far as revisions go.....Ask the Dr. or Jane, they will be able to give you an accurate answer

My surgery was also around that price.

I do not have a preference as far as a hotel goes, there is a list of hotels on his website.

I can only speak for my case, But yes I had to be there the day before surgery for a Pre-op Appt. He did not do blood work on me. He did not ask for endocrinology work. Remember this is MY case and your results may differ, I dont know...I'm not a Dr.

Well I just updated with 31 day post op pictures.

I am a little worried and hesitant about getting back into my weight lifting routine. I love bulking up and love lifting but I am desperatly afraid that bulking up is gonna push whatever fat is left out again.

On the bright side, I have a beer belly and such and I am hoping that my chest will flatten a little once i get back into running and lose some weight.

I just hope that I can go on the beach and noone will think I have moobs or think ive had surgery done.

Hmm  I was just looking in the mirror for awhile and I dont get why my chest still sags. I dont notice it from the front but I notice it alot from the side.

Is it me or do my 21 day post op pictures look better than my 31 day?

i dont wanna sound harsh but after close inspection of your new pics, i think you are hallucinating, coz i dont see any difference in your old pics when compared, you are flat as a board bro, start livin it up man, i have friends whose chest is worse than yours and they dont even think they have gyne. are you kidding me, there are shortcomings with this surgery as dr b states it early on, you should be realistic, people are made differently, some have a longer belly and a narrow chest which does not gives you the squared chest shape, like in your case, but that does not mean your chest is sagging, even brad pitt has a narrow chest, that why hes got a freaking 8 pack abs. and working out will make the remaining fat push your nips out is incorrect, bear in mind its not gland, if its really fat then it will dissipitate as you workout, tell me when you put on a single thin t shirt do your nips or moobs still stick out? if thats the case then i think you should talk about this with your ps, but i doubt that he offers a revision. good luck

I hope I'm hallucinating. As far as what I look like wiht a shirt on, just look at my pictures I have added some.

I am starting to notice alota guys chests stick out from the side view, its just hard for me to tell how mine is cause I overlook and over inspect my own chest and think it sticks out to far.

As for my body type goes, I was always extreamly skinny. All through highschool I had no problem wearing tshirts to school or anything. I was 128 lbs when I graduated highschool(2004). I only had a problem going with my shirt off but never had a problem with wearing a shirt. Back in highschool noone even mentioned it to me and It was a pretty harsh group of kids, so Id assume noone even noticed it.

Here is what I looked like in 2005 http://s10.photobucket.com/albums/a124/wordtothat/

Once I got to college I got into weightlifting and started bulking up. Thats when everyone started saying things about my "moobs". By may of 2006 when I left for Marine Corps boot camp I was 160. I graduated boot camp 3 months later at around 140 lbs. I remember for the first couple weeks I could wear shirts without a problem and a friend even told me "man you lost your boobs". Well that didnt last long, they came back not to far after being out.

Im unsure if the appearnce of my moobs went away because I wasnt lifting weights in bootcamp and therefore my pecs were getting smaller or because I was running so much.

Either way I gained it all back and ended up getting this surgery. Im not quite sure why I just told you all this story but im bored so I felt like typing it out. Ha enjoy. Comments obviously very welcome

subuwrx-

Relax, bro.. Not only do you have to give this some time, but you do have to put in some work at the gym.. You're certainly not fat or anything, but you could lose a couple lbs, and tone up that area and the midsection...

Your 2005 photos (despite the moobs) shows you in pretty good shape, whereas your current pics show you having a little work to do in the gym... Not much, but some..

I think your fine right now at your stage of healing, and I think you'll be right where you want to be once you get back into the gym...

Does DR.B recommend a timetable for a return to working out ?

how does it look after you put on those abercrobie t shirts, is it flat? or is there any pointyness?

Im pretty content with how I look in those abercrombie shirts. Im getting happier everyday with the results except for the fact that i think it is still extreamly noticable that the left side is bigger than the right. I am hoping that after i slim down a little it will maybe even out a little..prob not.

I am also worried about bulking up again, im sure my chest will protrude to much if i do that. A plan that I have though of is to start back up with bulking EXCEPT for my chest. Instead of bulking the chest I will just do light weight high reps and then after 3 or 4 months I will bulk the chest.

revision for what? you dont have gyne anymore dude, you look flat in the pics, yes your one side is bigger than the other but you can fix that by working out and putting some muscle on.   by the way why are you wearing two t shirts? is it still noticeable in one?

I thought the unilateral part can only be fixed by surgery?

Naw, I just always wear and undershirt. Always have always will. My damn armpits sweat to much.
