Areola look different

I had an areola reduction and today I took the steristrips off. Damn, the areola's are different shapes. 1 looks good, the other is deformed. I guess you can't get perfection; however, it does look better than before. Plus, the other thing that bothers me is the scarring is really noticeable. I hope scar care will help with that!!

Not always!! The areola were cut a little bit differently at the bottom but probably not noticeable to anyone but me. Plus, when my areola get stimulated from being cold or whatnot, the edges of my areola wrinkle and look terrible. I hope it get's better, I'm only 3 weeks post-op.

It could be that you still have some swelling that's making them distort.  Look at them in another month or two and make your judgement then.
