Not sure if you have it or not? Need better pictures, it's hard to tell with your arms up above your head. Need a side profile with arms down. Welcome to the boards!!

for the record it doesnt look like you have it, im sure if you join a sport or hit the gym/run, youd lose that. Then agian i may be wrong but we need better pictures, are thier hard lumpy things under your areola?
When I feel is like hard thing, not directly underneath but when I "poke inside" nipple, seems like little gap then is hard, not sure what it is... Mm, is kind of feel like:
