A gp, what we call in the netherlands  "basis arts" or maybe a specialist "huis arts" can take a look at gynaecomastia and give you advice about what you can try, you dont really need to see an endocrinologist or internist however it cant hurt

Be carefull though, you might hurt yourself but nothing extremly serious can happen.
