do i have it and how bad is it

im 21. ive been dealing with this for along time now and it is such a fucking shitty thing to have. im pretty sure i have it, but do i really and how bad is it and would working out and wieght loss help. i already tried working them out and made it worse but i did alot of lifting back then. i havent really worked out in awhile and now its all flabby. 5'8-145. any input would be apprieciated.(plus its cold so it doesnt look as bad)

3rd pic suggests mild case, which never comes out well in pics.  assume you can feel a disk mass or something.
