use the search engine on the page, it will go back through messages since the board upgrade and probably further back. if that doesn't work, you might even try keywording a few dutch words, nederlands or whatever, to see if anyone ever posted in dutch. i assume you tried internet searches with the dutch word for gynecomastia and/or plastic surgery also? good luck.
