Are these the average gynecomastia nips?



I have the puffy nips and the hard lumps under them. I want them to lleeeeeave me. I havn't took my shirt off in 8 or 9 years.

what would be the cause of the puffy nipples? and what are the hard things?

Gland growth, gyne doesnt usually have an obvious cause unless its the result of hormones or a medicine.
