Set another program as your defaul mail program.

Use the hotmail or gmail address you got to send the mail via outlook.

I do not understand the question.  You should be able to just click on the E-mail address link here.  The actual email address is encoded to minimize spam email address harvesting robots.  What sort of error message are you getting?

The other option is to call my office.  Jane is my office manager.  She can normally be reached at our office by phone Monday - Friday 9-5 Eastern Time at (804) 748-7737.
