Dr Jacobs or someone else in NYC area? And my story...

Mid twenties, body builder, i got gyno from prohormones a few years back and had it removed from a surgeon whose name i do not even know. I was in college and my parents paid for it. I had golf ball sized hard lumps and couldn't lay on my stomach. It needed to be done.

The surgeon wasn't the best, and while i have zero scars i still have a slight case of puffy nips. I usauuly harden them up by pinching them at the beach, but being a body builder i want it fixed. I work out 2 hours a day 5 days a week and eat nothing but health foods all year round, yet im still uncomfortable with my shirt off. If my nipples are hard i look great, too bad they can't always be hard...

I have read good reviews but have seen prices from 5k - 7k for Jacobs. Even 5k is a lot for me, but would be afordable. I have no idea how payment plans work. If i finance how much do i need to put down? How much interest would i be paying?

Anyone out there reccomend Jacobs, and if so know his approx cost at this time? Any other docs in the metro NY area i should look into?
