Hope for the best but expect the worst. You seem to be too confident that insurance WILL cover it. You give me that impression because you say that they "MUST cover it". If you are 100% gung ho that you want them to pay for it then maybe you will have to sue as the other guy did.

Ask around here to see whos insurance covered their surgery...I still have not heard of anyone except for the plantiff of the lawsuit stated above.
