im pretty ripped other than my man boobs and i hate them i work out alot
but i think my diet has something to do with it

Thank you. That was a year ago.
I've added a tiny bit of muscle since then and maintained steady weight.

Breasts (and nipples) are larger now, but not dramatically so. They're pushed out more.

i would feel very lucky to have a chest like that. i dont see any signs of gyne, if anything very slight gynecomastia. Its probaly small enough to wear it could be completely fixed with the aid Tamoxifen or Nolvadex. nice chest. lucky.

Lucky dog you are Teflon!! My nipples tent my shirt when they get hard. If I ever get my ass in gear and try to work out again I might lose some of my fat.
