I have a minor case, but thats what bothers me.

It irritates me because it was harder for me to decide to get surgery. A more agreesive case, I would get it done no questions asked. Its so mild, but still noticible. Heres couple of pictures of my case.

This is front view, but I know most ppl would say that they can't see any gyne whatsoever. Its hard to tell I have puffy nipples.

Im wearing a tank shirt, You can clearly see my nipples thru the shirt, and obviously every else can pinpoint that easily than someone have a flat chest.

Side view. Now this view is more obvious, its glandular + stored fat around the nipple.
very noticible when wearing tshirts as its pointed outward.

Yes, there is definitely gyne ! It's not that bad but it is visible, above all through your T-shirt. How old are you by the way ?
