please help guys! know any good diets??

hey, does anybody know any really good diets they have tried that has worked? I'm looking for a quick diet to lose a few pounds before i go into surgery, which should be in about 4 weeks. I want to do this so i get better results and feel satisfied with my body once ive had the surgery. If theres any good, fast diets and exercise plans you know, please reply!!!!!

Dont eat anything after 7:30PM, cut carbs by 3:00 in the afternoon, run.

Ive done the not eat after 7:30 and Run thing, not eating carbs (which I havnt done unfortunatly) would def speed it up, ive lost 15 pounds in the past month.
