looks like gynomastickleousis.  a different form of gyne usually seen in central and southern africa. Did you do any traveling as a kid?  Ask your dr. about details.

Ok there maybe some gyne there,though i think many guys on this forum would be more than happy to have your chest.(was my case pre-op).

However, i have a feeling it would have shown a bit less if you had a less athletic chest.(unlike what some may think muscular chests do not always help hide the case).

I am no doctor, but that's my limited knowledge's opinion, and i think u shdnt worry much...Good luck.
