vest for only a week

my doc said i only had to wear the vest for a week? anyone else ever heard of this?

What did you have done!! If you didn't have excision then yes that is correct. Only Lipo requires 1 week.

Just have realistic expectaions or you will tear your hair out trying to fix something that isn't there. The gyne starts playing with your mind. Trust me. I had gyne for 15 yrs and had the surgery and still think it's there.

I know what you mean. I think no matter how flat I am, they will always kind of be there. I bet a lot of people suffer from a sort of "phantom gynecomastia," even after surgery.
