Is it coming back?

I'm a little worried, I'm on day 14 of my recovery. Both sides have got bigger than last week. After showering, I check my chest out real quick before rushing to put my vest on. I've noticed that when I raise my arms or when I flex, there's really no gyne but when I put my arms down or don't flex, they look bigger than last week. I bought a smaller vest because I was worried about the tightness. I have my third post op visit tommorrow so I'll ask my surgeon. Should I worry?

You are only 2 weeks post op and swelling can come and go after surgery for months.  But as already stated .. if you are worried, talk to your PS, he should be able to put your mind at ease.
