Has anyone had a varicocele surgery / know info about it?

Okay so ive definitely got a varicocele on my left testicle.
Prob is, i cant get it fixed till after another 3 / 4 months. I've had it since a long time, but never really thought it'd be something to worry about. Turns out it could cause fertility, & i'd rather get it fixed.
It gives me discomfort every now and then lately, but my main issue is. In these 3 / 4 months till i get my surgery, COULD it get worse??
And IF IF IF i do (which im not sure) have infertility problems due to my varicocele, will those problems go away once ive done the surgery?

I got varicocele surgery last June, and it helped with my libido quite albeit, however no change in my puffy nipples

A varicocoele is basically a varicose vein located in the scrotum.  Unless it is very large, it has no effect on fertility -- it is only an annoying problem due to its size and it is occasionally uncomfortable.  Obviously, it has no hormonal capability, so it will not affect gyne or puffy nipples, pro or con.
