Unsure where to put this if it even belongs here but thought I’d ask as it seems related to.

No lumps or issues indicating concern. But for the last month I’d say or close to it. My left one has been in consistent pain. At times making me limp for some time being due to pressure.
It is notably smaller than the other and I feel it’s some level of atrophy occurring. This along with my continued growth experienced I feel is related to hypogonadism estrogen influence.
I’m seeing my NP next week and plan to address it and ask for an ultrasound to see if it’s a concern.
My NP is a woman close to my age and it just feels awkward bringing it up however. Was easier to turn and cough for my old GP who was some 65 year old dude.

This pain has been constant and impairing to some activities. The other day luckily at work and sitting but difficult to focus due to the ache of it.
Has anyone had any issue like this? I’m late 30s and otherwise healthy. And no injury or stress to the area to point blame to.
It just one day came about and has been present since.

Hypogonadism can cause testicular pain according to my urologist. I went through it for 5 years. Still get it from time to time. When my wife went through her change in her late forties, I really didn’t understand her situation. Then I went through mine starting at59, that hit me really hard I understood then what she went through….Not fun!! My doctor said it hits about 10% of men really hard. Well I am one of the ten percent. Lucky me!…. Not!☹️
