I have been wearing pullover bras for a couple months now days due to the comfort and fit and discretion in wearing. Maybe I’ll pull a t shirt bra out and see how it fits. I feel my pullovers give a lot more room to stretch and breathe from a regular bra so unsure if I would know I’ve grown by those bras alone.
The sides of my breasts are tender on days when I go without one. Though unsure if that’s related to growth or just general lack of support. But also don’t think I’m a cup size that qualifies for pain from n support
