I’ve purchased 3 bras that have liners and when they’re in, fill me out a little bit more along with one pushup bra.  These are a regular part of my bra rotations.  My thought is I’m continuing to grow, so why not figure out now how I’m going to handle continued growth. 

That's a good idea, since in most of us breast growth continues.

No, it's all natural. I take spironolactone just like you.

I have never thought of surgery to remove them.

I just looked on your pics from August 2021. You have nice big breasts too.
I am 65 years old. Regarding your age there is not much difference. Could you imagine to live with your breasts and wear a bra?
Many of us do it. It makes daily life much more comfortable.
Plus: No surgery, no risk, no scars.
