Here are a couple of shots of how I am now. My surgery was about 4-5 months ago here in New Zealand.
I am 100% satisfied with the results.
Before I was a small C cup. Not extreme, but certainly enough to warrant surgery as I hated the condition.
You can see the scars under my nipples, but I don't give a damn about that. Only one person noticed those scars and commented if I was a ladyboy or not - ha ha !!
So for any of you guys considering spending the cash, I say GO FOR IT. It's a HUGE reduction in stress and increase in freedom to have the fatty tissue gone.

Looks good as far as I can see, and I would worry about stupid comments from narrow minded people.
