3 day post op....is there sill more scope of improvement

Hi everyone iam 3 days post op and iam satisfied from my results satisfied becoz there could still be some more scope of fat removal..my left part is little bigger than right as it was d case below surgery also and i mentioned it to him also but still he removed same amount of fat from both chests around 800 cc...will the chest shrink more as the doctor said there will be 20% more acope of improvement..does that happen with time and what is d purpose of compression garment as i cant see much of swelling in my case....
