53 hours post op. swollen/puffy. worried *pics*

I had surgery early Friday morning. Today i took my first shower and was very disappointing to see that my nipples are very puffy.


Should i be worried at this point?

After I had surgery my entire chest and armpit region were bruised for weeks.

Im now 1 week post-op. The swelling has gone down significantly but still persists. Now, my greatest concern is that my left (computer right) nipple has pretty much no gland left while my right (computer left) nipple still has some hard tissue under it. Im afraid that my left pec will end up perfectly flat while my right wont. Here's some pics.







i talked to my surgeon today and he said they felt the same after he wrapped up the surgery but if it its not okay in we can get it sorted out in the future. Now i play the waiting game and hope i dont need revision surgery on one side.

My chest was swollen for like 2 weeks after my surgery. Just keep that compression vest on and try not to exert yourself.
