6 days post op - not happy - a few questions

I'm 6 days post op, my gyne is still here, i think it might just be the swelling, but theres not even much difference from now and when i had the surgery.

I took my bandages off yesterday, at 5 days post op, is that OK?

If they look bad because of swelling, how long till most of the swelling goes? I know it wont completely heal for months, but when will it get better?

Will I eventually be completely flat without having to have a second surgery?

5 Days is Very Early After Surgery

For my patients, peak swelling is typically the day of surgery. 

How Tissues Recover and Evolve After Gynecomastia Surgery depends on the problem treated, surgery techniques, skill of the surgeon, how you heal, and many other factors.  The pictures on that page are typical for my patients.

What PS did the surgery? i dont see any scars on the nipple, was it only lipo or you got the glands remove to?
