7 months post surgery.

It has been 7 months since my surgery and it hasnt been as smooth as I would have liked. My left nipple since the surgery formed a seroma that had to be drained and scar tissue formed. After my POST op visit and  kenalog injection (4.5 months post op) things started to look much better. Fast forward to last week, my left nipple suddenly became swollen and erect. I talked to my Dr. in NY (I am in FL) and he suggested I see my regular Dr. for antibiotics to look at possible risk of infection. This came out of no where and my chest is VERY TENDER and the nipple is HARD. My surgeon told me hes never encountered anything like this, so I am a little concerned.

Anyone have any feedback or similar experience?
