Is the scar tissue supposed to feel exactly like the glandular tissue did? I don't have pointy nipples really but its a little hard and there is still some sort of tissue that has developed where everything once was.

I had gyno excision surgery about 8 days ago and i  also have glandular like hard lumps around the nipple.

They also feel like gland, one of them is about 1 inch long and kinda thin. Are yours a bit tender/sore to massage? How soon did they appear post op?

Are you using any kind of oiintment/gel for scar tissue? I'm using a heparin spray that penetrates the skin to help soften the scar tissue.
