help sore

im 3 weeks post op and my nipples r sore fromm were the stitches are underneeth its like its got a lil hole? and feels so sore its from my vest keeps rubbing on it andmkin it sore could i put a plaster over it?

I've had plaster on all the time since the op.. 2 and a half week post op now, and I called my doctor some days ago and asked when I should take 'em off, and he didn't really give me an answer on that, but told me to change the plasters once every week (dunno why).
