Hurts to raise arms over head

3 weeks today post op, and it still hurts to raise hands directly above head.  anyone else have this or had this still at 3 weeks?  It feels like an ache or a stretching pain.

yes, i'm 3 weeks post op and have that, too.

is urs still sore to touch in spots, and swollen?  and numb still?

I'm 3 weeks as well and I have the same.  I am afraid to stretch too much, but the doc said it wouldn't hurt it.  I am also still sore and swollen, but not really numb.

yeah, i'm still sore in certain parts, too. still got a little fluid, too, which means i'll get drained again on Monday. Well, we're getting there....slowly but surely!
