Muscle Adhesion & Massaging
Alright guys.

How long should one massage for?

Any tips or tricks?

Should one pull the skin away from the muscle?

Any and every piece of advice needed and appreciated.

I was told to buy one of those flat head hand held massagers and massage ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes at night.

The nurse told me to massage vigorously with my hands in a circular motion using Arnica gel. I have to do it for 5 mins 3 times a day but I do 10 mins 3 times a day instead.

The problem is the hand I use to massage hurts after 3 mins. Do you have a picture of what the device you're talking about looks lile ?
