Nipples indent when arms raised - NORMAL???

I'm 2 weeks post op.  When I raise my arms slowly above my head (still feels like its 'stretching beyond tolerable when I do), my nipples - mostly my left one, appear to 'suck' in to my chest.  I know I have some scar tissue surrounding the nipples and below still, so THAT still protrudes, but my nipples indent.  Is this necessarily a screw up by my PS, or is this something common when you have both gland and lipo done?  Thanks.

it will probly fill out again. im the say way in my right t*t. but i dont care...its better than being puffy ya know
