one nipple puffy aft surgery

hey guys, i had surgery 20 days ago and had a question: my left nipple is puffed up, while the right one is not? I had lipo, with excision of the glands, in order to correct the gyne....Any reasons why the puffiness?

each side can heal differently and in it's own time. often there is swelling and/or a build up of scar tissue which will dissipate over time.20 days is very early dude. give it a few months.

I too am 17 days post-op, and have the same problem.

Yes, it takes time to heal.. patience is the key!!

I remember there was a guy on here a while back who had a similar problem. Except his came about because he massaged too hard too early after surgery (he thought it was scar tissue and it might well have been) and caused some internal inflammation.  However it cleared up over time for him so just be patient.
