Post-op questions!!!!
Hey guys I'm now five days post-op and a couple of questions have come across my mind...

How long do i need to take off from all exercise? (I'm planning on four weeks)

Do I need to wear my compression vest + foam for all four weeks?

How did you guys use your scar cream?

Yeah, 4 weeks 'should' be good.

Regarding the tensor, just follow your docs advice dude....  ;)

Scar cream... didn't use any.
