post-surgery concerns

Guys,
1) My doctor told me that he wouldn't put any drains in my chest after surgery.
would there be any fluid discharge? 

2) My doctor I need both liposuction and glandular excision.
Is the surgery risky?
would there be pain after surgery?

3) Would everybody have swellings after surgery? If yes, how long it will be there?
Would swellings be noticeable?

4) when  I could resume normal activities?
5) have any of your guys posted of your post-surgery experience?
would be curious to read them..
