I had surgery 3 weeks ago.

If I relax, it looks pretty good.  Nipple is a little shrunken and deflated but overall pretty good.

If I flex though...it's weird.  You can see where around my nipple it's basically hollowed out.  Like there's some fat in my upper chest and some on the side but the nipple area and central chest just look "deflated".

The nipple is kind of like glued to the rib cage or the muscle or whatever.  IT doesn't really move or anything.  In fact the whole part of my chest seems to be kind of glued down...like there is no fat underneath it and not really much muscle either.  It's hard to explain.  When I make a muscle the nipples kind of "pucker" and look very noticably odd.  I think Dr. Bermant would call this "botched".

Maybe I'll look for one of his revisions pictures to see if it looks like mine.

But it's only 3 weeks (actually 3 weeks 5 days) so maybe there is still hope.  On the other hand I don't think it looks promising.  Something tells me it doesn't get that much better.

Most of the swelling is gone too.

What do you think?

are you massaging?  if so make sure your pressing hard in the deflated area...maybe its adhering to the muscle and may become permanent if you dont rub it...what do i know though...
